A question about NDB service:

I bought 50 shares of NDB @52 on June 17, 1999. On the same day, stock split. For some reason I did not realize that there was a split until recently. Looking at the chart today, the stock price couldn't have been at 52 at all on June 17, 1999, because it was at 40s all day! How could I have got my shares at 52 (and the 50 shares were never adjusted according to the split -- still 50 shares)? I suspect that NDB did not display the price correctly during the trading session.

With this question, I called NDB. The representative said even if I had a case, I would not win the dispute, because the time window has closed. So, they didn't even care to research.

My question to threaders is, have you suffered from missing NDB's "time window"? The representative said the window time is "3-4" days. And what would you suggest? Thanks.
