It seems as though Paul Bornstein did not sell any of his shares... what makes him a crappy analyst? He clearly did not benefit from his analysis.
Irv Minnaker did not sell shares, and yet also issued a report (and yes, I know about LOCK, and you can stop beating that dead horse already).
Who has made a claim to be in the inner circle?
What hurt this stock was, IMHO, the intention from a long time ago to massively short it - the intention initiated by Auric on this very thread in January of this year.
What hurt this stock was, IMHO, unjustified and recalcitrant "reporting" and bashing about FDA marketing rules and CYBR's marketing practices.
What hurt this stock was, IMHO, damaging "news reports" that some short-sellers seemed to have foreknowledge of and seemed to have traded against before the news report was actually issued.
What hurt this stock was, IMHO, a consolidated effort to hurt it... and I have suspected from the start that you were part of that effort.
You blabberings have resulted in a hurt stock price, but no material reasons for the stock to be down. You bring up Bornstein and Minaker, yet neither has sold their shares. You bring up Bradley Ray, but he has been shown to have no continued relationship with the company. You bring up FDA "problems" and it is demonstrated that there were and are none, and there is - in fact - approval of the technology. While the analysts may have been third-tier, it would seem that their reports were much more fairly constructed than your own ramblings.
I do not trust you, Floyd - because you have shown to be incorrect, because you have proven to be a liar (per the ZiaSun retraction), and I must therefore call your ethics and intentions into question. |
