Interesting to say the least. It might well turn out that this stock never reopens on the CDNX. Most of the paperwork is finished with regard to what was previously planned as a dual listing. Now I'm the conspiracy guy here and have difficulty with some of the actions of "that" exchange and helped no less by the rumors on that and the old Vancouver exchange. If the CDNX demands what is "Proprietary" info (patent stuff), I say don't give it to them and run, don't walk to the NASDEQ.
