Theprofiler seems to be the first one to begin touting CHST, during this particular period, beginning on May 12. This person did not claim to receive any compensation.

Theprofiler was sending out touts for various companies from May 1 through June 1 (in chronological order BUTY, SPO, NOVX, CHST, CTWN, CNXX, JTWB, DCIM, CTCK).

Of particular interest here are BUTY, NOVX, CHST and CTWN.

We've seen mention of BUTY (formerly known as ATR Industries Inc.) in PR's put out last week in connection with Allen Z. Wolfson, 100% owner of A-Z Professional Consultants, which owns 26.7% of CTWN (and before merger with Value Plus Marketing owned 87.5% of CTWN). CHST was touted by CTWN through PennyPicks and Bell2Bell. And NOVX signed a consulting agreement with A-Z Professional Consultants on April 7, as evidenced by the SB-2 filed with the SEC June 5 by NOVX.

Where is theprofiler now?

Is theprofiler possibly the third party who provided the CHST profile and compensation of shares to the conglomerate and PennyPicks?

Theprofiler shows no compensation and was the first to tout CHST.
The conglomerate received at least 3,214 shares of CHST, possibly more.
PennyPicks received 2,142 shares of CHST.
