I agree about the 800 number. I've gotta tell you, I'm underwhelmed in general. Although I thought these guys had the online strategy wrapped up, I wound up posting my photos on another service because I found FOTO's offline album software EXTREMELY frustrating to use.

Not only that, but the all-important uploader program has been taken offline for the indeterminate future.

Their developing, scanning and CD services are all great, but what's the point if you can't effectively organize an album for others to view???

Still long ('cause their customer base and (historically) positive cash flow are still big plusses, IMHO), but a little concerned on the technology front...
