DOCU: .21x.25, 4.2mil O/S, shell after selling biz O/S: 4,200,000 Float: 2,700,000 New shell with $500,000 cash or $.12/share looking for merger. Stock has excellent level 2 and is trading at its 10 year historical low. Spoke with new CEO Bob Schwartz 518-786-7733. DOCU sold off their assets to TAB Products on 6/12/200 and now have $500,000 left after paying off all debts. They are now looking for reverse merger for the corporate shell. Bob Schwartz is the new CEO for DOCU. He was a director in the company and was chosen to head up the search for a merger since he is an investment banker. They did MRGO that from $3 to $35. He is reviewing several companies now for the reverse merger (2 dot coms, 1 software company, 2 old economy). He is getting paid in stock and wants to wrap this up soon.
