I don't know about going far beyond that realm but, I agree that this is the OTC and the securities traded here are speculative in nature. I found Bauders article interesting to say the least. It's the first time I've seen the SEC say a settlement hadn't happened. On the other hand who is VGAM's legal counsel that drafted the 10q's and 10K for VGAM? I do like VGAM's sites and I appreciate your posting's about this industry! It is young and there are bound to be growing pains! <eom>
