Follow your own advice, Carranza. You're the one with the unrealistic expectations and the emotional attachment to QCOM that forces you to engage in childish name-calling. Try to be more open-minded and detached about QCOM.

Your point about the proven superiority of QCOM's patents in 2G is useless because you refuse to acknowledge the importance of actual trials in the development of wireless technology. Again, QCOM is not involved in any of the WCDMA trials. IDC is involved through Nokia.

And I say again, the ITU and the 3GPP sites have information on the work in progress concerning Release 2000 of WCDMA. Go look for them on your own. Why raise those questions when you're not even willing to sift through the details to prove or disprove your point? LOL.

And I note also that you haven't answered the question regarding QCOM's admission that 27 other companies have 3G IPRs. What happens to your chokehold theory now? No TDMA/GSM IPRs either.
