A good sized block for SYMC, don't know if we can read much into it. I hope this is just panic selling by retail, and stop losses being hit, but what do I know. Environment seems better than ever, and still sports a relatively modest PE and great PEG ratio.
SYMC doesn't seem like the type of company to "selectively disclose", either.
