i think we did...for the simple reason that when the top occurred, we had the most extreme sentiment readings of all time, coupled with record high inflows into stock funds. we are now in the process of forming a secondary top that will imo top out with even more extreme sentiment readings (i.e. extreme bullishness by participants). then the margin debt wipe-out should commence in earnest...
