The things that count for users are stability and functionality. My WP NEVER blows up.. Maybe you should get rid of crash-warranties like Norton crash-guard, and some other MS-related products. If you like I can help you troubleshooting.. On the other hand, the Word version I have to use in a strictly-forbidden-to-change configuration at my work crashes twelve times a day. The functionality of WP, Presentations, Quattro Pro is far more in quantity AND usability than that of Word, Power Point and Excel. Reviews show that, remember: humlog.homestead.com The Functional description of their products is the most important asset of Corel, I think. Of course, as a software developer I know it would be better "to start a new class framework in Java targeted toward word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software". But again: Users do not care for the quality of the code, as long as it is functional and stable. Eveline
