Kevin - you are inducing data where there is none - poor scientific method. I never said all shorts were criminals, I said that it would be in the criminals' best interest to short a stock they pumped and dumped if that option were available to them, and this was in direct response to the question regarding those criminals that were recently caught by the SEC. Don't create data where there is none.
