At age 40 I had terrible back pains.Went to specialist,got drugs - still didn't help.

Then I started exercising and have now run 70 plus marathons.

At the ripe age of 47 haven't had a back ache in years.

Key is to start small and build slowly.

If that isn't a possibility try:

1) No , none , zero table scraps
2) Hills science or Iams mature dog food

I am still fondly remembering and missing my 13 1/2 year old yellow lab that passed my life 2 1/2 years ago.

They become sensitive as they age - with the exception of their attitude towards life. It is always so positive unless their condition is grave.

I really hope this is of some value.Enjoy your dogs trust as its needs become greater.
