I had been an unrelenting long holder of PARS. My average cost per share was $1.67. When PARS spiked I held until it started retracing downward at which time I sold. Of course I bought back at a lower price than what I sold and will most likely continue to buy some at these levels.

Bottom line is I think that a lot of the insiders who have been holding onto this little jewel realized that this was an opportunity to make a little for all of their sacrifice up to this point. I don't see this as a major sell off because they don't believe in their company. I see it as a sell off because they were betting that it would retrace down ward and reestablish a higher bottom AND THEY WERE RIGHT.
