And I never said that you said all shorts were criminals.

You've made it plain that you believe that short sellers are illegally manipulating this stock. It seemed logical, since you did not object, to suppose that you concurred with the sentiment that Auric and TS were among those doing so.

My point was that, whoever you think is currently running the downward manipulation of CYBR, must, by your logic, have been responsible for the upward manipulation as well. You asserted it yourself, that no criminal would ever do one side of the manip without doing the other. And I just wanted to see your evidence of that in this case.

Frankly, I find your whole theory to be so full of holes it's hard to know where to begin, but I'll start with the data point that the vast majority of manips are done with the company's blessing. Otherwise the manipulator runs the risk that the company, valuing their reputation more highly than a short-term market cap increase, will issue a flat denial of whatever rumor he is trying to spread before he can even get out of his long position, thus burning him to a crisp.
