Bret - I agree...I had always thought MP was adding value somewhat in a marginally greater measure than his negatives - but now I am persuaded otherwise. Just has to be that the stock drop is entirely b/c of his retaining control over the three companies. No other reason. I emailed the company saying that our shares are ready to be voted against management should another slate of candidates emerge. Of course we have had several unsuccessful revolts over the last 5 years; MP has survived just like his kissin' cousin Milosevic. I worry what he takes with him if we figures that shareholders are gonna vote him out. Dave
