Hi Grace, The AOL ad was a shocker. The shocker that can rocker. For what it's worth It's worth Ad revenues and dollars to the bottom line. Yea, we can deal with that. The initial blitz I'm sure was to promote their service, now get the dollars in from others, the service, as we know, will pretty much promote itself. As illustrated with the current DSL debacle, we need do little to counter misleading ads other then execute our roll out exceptionally well. Word of mouth works wonders when you have an exceptional product. T is promoting all over. Here in CT they are hitting the TV with ads for T and @home BB. No mention of Excite. Ah is on to something... :-) Any more about self installation? Apparently CV is doing an excellent job with it, but this ain't helping our cause at all. :-(
