Kirk: Good post. I don't know David Korn from Adam. I have read some of his work. I think he has tried to do things in a manner he deems respectful toward Brinker. And the only thing at issue is the money being paid to him. Now don't get me wrong. If I did all the hard work that he did I would like to be compensated I suppose. But if it came to my attention that Brinker did not approve of this service for whatever reason and I thought my work might contribute to Brinker's departure, I would either give it away or stop the service.

I suppose but how many mutual funds want to advertise on a site that is bearish and in 60% cash? How many mutual fund companies want to do the same on a radio program? Not many. Money is not everything to these guys.
