Dave, I thought the "what the market will bear" was reasonably intelligent. You didn't like it? It works for most other products. It is a good beginning. The problem is that there are many companies with IP cases as strong or stronger than Rambus who could jump into this game. It could get pretty messy, sorting out how much protection money to pay to each IP company. Scumbria
