Oh my god! I haven't laughed so hard in days. Thanks, Glenn.

You should have realized by now that there is no law against snake-oil salesmen on wall street. There is no ethics other than the love of money. There is no accountability WHATSOEVER.

You think Blodgett would allow himself to be quoted in a national magazine saying: "I know it's dead money, but I wanted to distinguish it from all the other pieces of **** we have strong buys on" if he thought anyone could do anything about it? Was he fired for saying that? HELL NO!

The reason that clown still has his job is simple. There are LEGIONS of idiots watching CNBC who will buy any stock that CNBC reports he said something favorable about. That means ML can front-run gigantic trades against all those idiots.

Do you have any idea how much money this makes for his brokerage? It is a license to print money!

He could announce on CNBC that Mother Theresa was actually Hitler, or be caught in an FBI sting for kiddie porn, and NONE of that would matter. The ONLY THING THAT MATTERS is whether or not CNBC viewers buy what he recommends. When people stop buying his recommendations, he'll be out of a job. But as long as there is a single front-running dime left to be squeezed from his CNBC celebrity status, his job is secure.
