Flattaxman......

"....Under this broad category, the company may bid on
the creation and integration of e-commerce applications
into Federal agency websites.
Only companies who have
a GSA contract may bid on Federal projects. ......."

Per the item you shared with me, this appears to
be the key paragraph.

PNL qualifies to be able to bid for Government contracts.
PNL states that in order to qualify, PNL had to go
through an extensive review.

What contracts will PNL bid on?
Against how many other bidders?
How many other qualified bidders are there?
How big are these contracts?
What is the likelyhood that PNL's proposals
will be the low and successful bid?
If PNL gets awarded contracts, how small or
large are these contracts, ie. what do these contracts
mean in turn of generating revenues?
How much does PNL have to contribute to Al Gore's
campaign to get awarded any contracts (pay to play)?
What if George W. wins?

W/o knowing the answers to any of the above questions,
the news really has no meaning...The news may be
significant, or the news may just be making a lot
out of nothing esp. since this news means PNL
qualifies for the right to bid, but doesn't necessarily
receive any contracts.

How hard exactly is qualification?
What are the specific requirements?

I'd forward these questions to Zagoren, but he
doesn't seem to like to answer any real questions.....
