As for the comment of how much did we have to pay the Gore campaign for our GSA Contract? The answer is $0. And as for bridging the gap into the new administration...this is a 5-year contract plus my E-Commerce Advisory position to the U.S. Department of Commerce is a 2-year appointment made by Secretary Daley and USTR Charlene Barshefsky. The reason that these appointments are for extended time periods is just for the reason you point out...so there is a smooth transition between administrations.
