OT - The only other case I directly know of was with BioTech General(BTGC). The voting was similar in that a large portion ended up as non-votes. Just wonder if those are institutional voters or mutual funds? It does seem strange because the vote total was about 159.6K on this issue (ya+na+ab+non-vote), and the vote totals on the other issues were similar. Most shares were represented but so many choose to non-vote on such a closely contested issue. Jim
