Everyone, Fred added Porter's Competitive articles to the FAQ. You may recall that Merlin suggested these as required reading a few weeks ago.

I read these articles over the weekend, and I gotta tell you, they are worth the read. They pull so many concepts together from Moore, Christensen and a host of others and form a well integrated model that will serve you well.

I have printed them and put them in a notebook which sits between GG and ID (Gorilla Game/Innovators' Dilemma) on the bookshelf.
