patchman, Q3 being the Sept quarter, WS will really see improvements in the financial numbers when they're released in Oct. And then subsequent quarters will solidify WS confidence and no doubt fatten investors wallets.

Another interesting tidbits, under the old model the company served 39 markets, today they're serving 50 markets with less GSA expenses.
