Fundamentals are influenced by technology.

Warren Buffett prefers low technology investment; so that he can make money on population increase; wise but not making too much money lately.

The technology shift for the past year was wireless. The technology shift for the next five years is the broadband internet mainframe enterprise clustered servers for thin client computing; where unskilled labor can be used to increase efficiency and bottom line profits.

Low technology companies will be more efficient with less wages. But high technology companies with development in application service provision is going to make a lot of money. The hardware manufacturers who make high power computing servers and thin clients will all prosper. Most of all the dense wavelength or frequency division multiplexer manufacturers will grow exponentially for all the equipment that had to be wired up(or wirelessed up).

Investments, wisely researched in technology direction, will give you much multiples of your nest eggs in the next 5 years.
