 Peacock Acquires 70 Percent of Talk Radio Program; Bizness Soup Revenues Exceeded $5M in 1999
 
 SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 20, 2000--Peacock Financial Corp. (OTCBB:PFCK) today announced that it has made an investment into Bizness Soup Talk Radio.
 
 Bizness Soup, established in 1995, operates a nationally syndicated broadcast network in 20 major markets. The financing will go to further market expansion and the development of a robust Internet presence that will include broadcasting the program online.
 
 "This investment represents the next stage of our expanding communications network," stated Steve Peacock, president of Peacock Financial. "Ultimately, Bizness Soup will be one of many revenue-driven components for the Peacock media/communications network that will include both traditional and online radio, television and print.
