Under the agreement, eGlobal will market, sell and support the Quintus' eContact(TM) Suite, which allows contact centers to effectively manage and route customer interaction through a wide range of communication channels, including the Internet, email and telephone. As the demand for Internet-enabled solutions increases in Asia Pacific, eGlobal will provide the infrastructure and expert personnel to support Quintus' rapid growth in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
