I would never hang my hat on one indicator...however in many ways the current IPO boom [of which insider selling is currently part of] is one of the most bearish signals out there IMO. The lack of quality of the current companies going public show that people are pricing in what I believe is unrealistic scenarios. If this is showing up in IPO's, it is also likely in much of the tech market IMO.
