I am a long-termer on CMRC (as long as the story keeps unfolding positively in the future) but I am truly surprised by the short-term action. Momentum money is probably staying away from the controversial botched press releaes/proposed takeover yesterday. Meanwhile the more and more I think about it, I happen to like the idea of acquiring a cash flow positive company that will help CMRC execute its business. Execution seems to be their biggest hurdle going forward. They seem to have no trouble signing deals.
