This is the same response I mailed on 6/12.
I am not sure as to your mission. You say you own shares yet as far as I
can tell you are not even registered as a member of PNL. Regardless, I
really believe that you have a very minimal idea as to the scope of global
trade or even how it works. When we first launched version 1.0 we had a
different understanding of the world market. We have since learned more
about the trends, cultures and e-commerce needs of the global market. As a
result we have altered our business plan accordingly. We have changed the
site to allow all SMEs to have access to it without being a paying member.
We have added PNLTV. We have worked with governments around the world and
we continue to build out the system. You forget that we have done this with
about $5 million in funding. Show me another company who has reached the
international scope that we have with the same funding.
We have multiple revenue streams built into the business plan and with the
next round of funding we will activate our international sales teams, market
the company and build out our internal sales force. I am confident that the
numbers will follow.
The key element is that the SMEs of the world are not ready for a full end
to end trading system. The US only got Digital Signature approval last
week. There is still education needed to bring the market up to where the
technology is. PNL has addressed this and continues to build what the market
will use.
We have not focused on the revenue side of the business until now. The burn
rate that we established made us choose between development and
sales/marketing. I believe that we have gone the right way. We now have
the credibility to bring in the next round of funding and new high level
executives.
AS for our site volume...we are getting over 70,000 user sessions per month
and over 2 million hits. In the b2b world that is considered very high. We
have users in over 112 counties and PNLTV has viewers in 53 countries.
As with each of the phases of the company there have been those who just
don't get it. From day one there are those of you who have said we would
never get past the next phase. We have regularly proven you wrong and will
continue to do so.
