OAKT nearing 52-week high

OAKT has slowly crept up toward its 52-week high of 21.5 or thereabouts at at time when stocks of many competitors are moving sideways or down. The fact that it has been steadily and slowly creeping upward in the absence of any big announcements strikes me as rather bullish. Any comments?
