That's interesting because I thought Raja H. Venkatesh joined Viador as Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer and Secretary in June 1999.

Isn't Venkatesh still the VP and CFO of VIAD? If he is, why would VIAD need Paul C. Vilandre to be VP and CFO in October 1999? Transition? If he stayed on for the transitional period, I would expect that VIAD is still in good hands.
