MONTREAL, QUEBEC--JUNE 20, 2000--Mr. Jacques Malo, President and CEO of nurun
Inc., a subsidiary of the Quebecor Inc. group, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Mario Mrvica as Vice President,
Strategic Development of nurun Inc.

Mr. Mrvica will be responsible for developing and structuring

Mr. Mrvica has more than 18 years of management experience earned

new media and four in their commercial printing sector.
