OT He's taking money out of the same Social Security cash flow surplus. It's too bad the media prefers to perpetuate the myth of a Social Security trust fund. People eligible for Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) could not only have the government give them the money to put into an new IRA but also match it again 3 for 1. Further, some of those collecting EITC are getting refunds that exceed income taxes and extend to refunding FICA taxes.
