This is going to be a pretty unpopular position here, but I think Cramer has always been upfront about what he owns for his fund. It is also now part of every entry from his trading journal on the new site. Many people seem to think that when Herb Greenberg (who, btw, I think is a rather unscrupulous jerk) talks he is also talking for Cramer. This is not so. More often than not, they disagree. While Cramer is a large shareholder of TSC he does not take part in the daily management and has no control over editorial content, other than what he writes.
