Nope. They are still only slated to do so much in revenues and they are paying 1.35 billion just to get some money losing business done. Maybe that impresses you...but it looks like smoke and mirrors crap to me. Sorry....I see no reason to buy the stock. In fact...I beleive it is a good short now for sure. They are gonna have to spend a lot of money now to carry out this merger. Maybe they need a way to execute, but paying this much for it is dumb business. And I wouldn't invest in dumb business. This will probably cost the company a minimum of 20 million dollars cash...which is below what APNT is expected to earn in the next year and 1/2 and it is dilutive to shareholders.
