Kevin,

Regardless of how meritorious CYBR's stock price was at the time, it remains that the short-attack happened and all the evidence points to it. No need to try and deflect from that.

Now if Herb's opinion about Martin's letter also included Martin's opinion, that would have been fair - in essence - Herb put his own words in Martin's mouth by not letting Martin's letter speak for itself. Herb is irresponsible.

Herb reported that the home unit for CYBR wasn't approved - that was shown to be patently flase. Herb is irresponsible.

Apparently Herb gets tips from short-sellers who create complaints at the FDA and tip him off so he can write about it - Herb is irresponsible.

Herb has precisely zero journalistic integrity, and that is my only point. He feels more comfortable as a puppet than as a journalist - his research skills are laughable.

As for the Yahoo messages - you should probably read them before proclaiming your opinion about them. Collusion was more than evident, and coming right from the tongues of the shorts themselves. When someone tells you that your stock is going to tank under short pressure on "X" day - and then it happens... you should sit up and take noice.
