Look at the charts to October 1979, the dow seemed to make a new bull high, but the general market was in a long retreat, we may get a similar situation, most investors will feel pain while the avearge rush to 13,500 (my top for the next five years at least) few times. Stock selection will be more important this time than just be in the market.
