DT Interest in UIS

Thanks, American Spirit, for the briefing. At face value, UIS would make sense for DT. Post merger results frequently disappoint, however, due to clashes of management culture and disdain by personnel of the acquirer for those of the acquisition. Case in point: Inexperienced Compaq managers lording it over more experienced and savvy Digital Equipment employees. Exit the best and brightest!

I hope the strike price for a deal is way above today's price!
