APNT is a profitable business and the acquisition would bring CMRC to profitability faster as indicated in the conference call.

Oh well, the street seems to not like the deal so thats all folks...I wonder if ARIBA can get all of their marketplaces up and running quickly without ramping up staff as CMRC seems to be pursuing?
