In other words he has 90 seconds to decide whether he made money or not off me and if not to time out the trade and if I lost money--all of this is after the fact of course--then fill the trade. Seems to me they don't let me place bets at the roulette wheel AFTER the ball has fallen in a hole. The market maker should not be entitled to reward without risk. Thats a riskless way of doing business and deserves zero reward. Thats why people demand immediate confirmation. I don't care as much about the print--just the confirmation.
