Maverick: I would guess that my posts are a symbol of my frustration with OE. I belive that we agree that the technology is brilliant - yet management appears to have squandered many opportunities to get the attention of the public. Maybe I should not be surprised when you look at the experience of the management team - most of them have no business experience other than OE - so it is mostly on the job training. But I do not think that my posts would have any effect on management actions. I disagree with you regarding the convertible - it is my opinion that they had no idea what they had gotten into - and the shareholder flood of calls awoke them and they bailed out of it - fortunately and no loss. Another reason for my posts is to counteract the endless hype that is posted. However, I do not consider OE as a lost cause - it only makes up a small speculative portion of my portfolio - and I am prepared to wait and see if management can get their act together - they have made some good progress recently and if it were not for the placement the shares would be much higher IMO. BTW I do not buy the reason given for the placement- it does not add up - but that is speculation. Finally, I like the debate - the barter and repartee is enjoyable to me - and I take none of it seriously. As to my posts being repetitive - sure they are - but so are most of the other ones - but it does not bother me one bit. Do I think that posts on these message boards accomplish anything - NO , they boards are for pure fun, and if you get upset easily do not participate. I am not trying to prove anything, influence anybody or gain esteem or self respect on these boards - they are just fun for me and I take none of it serious. BTW I am staying long on OE, I think that the recent progress indicated that the climate for acceptance of OCP is near, regardless of management's actions. I hope that this explains my position. John
