Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes It seems amorphous until necessity requires. So I say it falls into company with "pornography" and you simply know it when you see it, whether you have standing or are a bystander. If anyone should be acutely aware of this it is a lawyer; that is their trade, fair treatment before the law.
