hb or anyone: Does anyone know what Oracle Japan is? Oracle said it sold $4.9 billion stocks (12%) and owns 74% of Oracle Japan now. But I couldn't find anything in its balance sheet. Is this some kind of tracking stocks? If it is a tracking stock, then do Oracle US shareholders own Oracle, or Oracle Japan shareholders own Oracle. It's really confusing.
