Is this one material to the discussion? Hard to tell w/o references. The issue at hand for (at least) the Sega litigation is Claim No. 23, in US Pat No. 6,038,195, issued on application no. 196199, a continuation of application Ser. No. 07/510,898 filed Apr. 18, 1990, now abandoned.
