I will wait of on passing judgement on their ADSL effort until we start hearing about their ADSL modems. As of now, USRX does NOT have any working ADSL modem. We don't know how far they are in the Lab. I am not at all convinced that they will be leading in being the first out with commercial ADSL modems.>>> Edward -- I had a similar exchange with a telecommunications consultant today and he suggested we might want to find out about Rockwell. He sees USRX as stumbling and thinks Rockwell might be one to watch. What do you know about their DSL plans --- other than they bought Brooktree for its HDSL? Incidentally, I concur with all you say about USRX. I've said all along I think they sold out to COMS for a reason and it wasn't from strength. Of course, I could be wrong. I know they're aggressive and shouldn't be taken lightly. I'll be talking to an EE at Brooktree tomorrow and will see what I can find out from that end. Cheers! pat
