Got a response from the gentleman I've been exchanging e-mails with. I was not aware of this, but apparently he is also on the Board at Finch College. And I just realized, this person's real name is one of those that could be either male or female, so perhaps I'm wrong on gender...

Kerry: Firstly, if you or anyone would like to come to NY for the services please tell your list they could stay with me...I have a two bedroom apt and two baths and people could bunk in and be welcome and private. I have a lot of company and it would all work so if you want to put that out that is fine with me...You can write it probably better than I. The scholarship fund in her name is a great idea...Actually, we have just started a fund and her name could be attached to the fund but...a committee will have to decide..."Edwarda" is just looking down now, I feel, and laughing at us all...There is no news about the services...I phoned her cousin Maureen who I do not know but she phoned me last week a couple of times...There is a machine with her husbands voice...Today, we sent a plant to her Aunt Marie who is a dear and Margaret Maxwell has met her on many occasions and Marie phoned when she received the plant...She knows nothing...I am going to phone the funeral home in Forest Hills...think that is where it will be...today when I called the church there and got the name of the florist they use, and the man answered to take the order, I thought he would faint...when I gave dear "Edwarda"s name...he has knows her for years...she always sent flowers from there...this is all so amazing...she must be here with us...going through it with us...anyway...all our thanks for being so caring...as "Edwarda" was best and pls know the scholarship idea will be talked about tonight...Xxxx
