Another slight problem. One of the companies you will receive in the special dividend will not be registered in the US and therefore US citizens who "own" shares of the stock wouldn't be able to trade them. This was the most brilliant of all of Warburg's proposals. Just designed to throw control to the parties that could trade in Eastern Europe. And who might that have been????? Well thought out proposals. I guess Warburg believes that shareholders would find their value enhanced when they received shares they couldn't trade. Excellent planning and just designed to get more American's to buy shares.
