Perhaps it is time for some to do an OJ and go after the real killers(of ZSUN's stock price). Allow me to provide clues for any that would like to do so.

From this very SI message board

Gus Sideris, your reckless comments deserve a Law suit in defamation...
which I am willing to bet you would loose.(surely mister Sorbonne didn't use the wrong word) ZSUN is certainly NOT a SCAM and you would be a fool to try and short it at this point in its price cycle. Wait till year's end at around $50.00.(Frank advises all to short ZSUN at $50)
In conclusion, watch carefully what you write: it could be very expensive.

Few Companies get a place in the core of my seven figure portfolio, but ZSUN is one of them.

Sanderson, first and only warning to you and all other would be shorters...
You can short ZSUN all you want, but if you write anything whatsoever detrimental to the Company that you cannot prove in a Court of Law, your backside is mine.(Insert homo joke here, lol, no I didn't forget, it's just too easy) I'll have a Court Order for SI to disclose your real name and have you slapped with a suit in defamation so fast that you'd wished you'd never heard about ZSUN in the first place.
I have a lawyer who operates in the same building where SI is located on standby for such occasion. So, you have been fairly warned.

#105 Sellfirst, see my warning in post #104. By posting this you have...
just broken the Law and I am sending a copy of your post to John Stark at the SEC for attempting to manipulate share prices and defraud shareholders in ZSUN by posting lies on a public thread.(apparently it's hunky dorey for Frank to do this, interesting)
You know very well that you are unable to prove that ZSUN is a scam in a Court of Law, simply because it's not a scam. One more mistake and I hope for your sake that you have deep pockets, as lawyers are very expensive these days.

If I had a relationship with ZSUN, I would have disclosed it... as I usually(what about the XNET PP shares that didn't get disclosed until the name popped up in an SEC filing, what about the company that Frank is suing, that claims he was paid for services, I musta missed the disclosure on that) disclose my holding in any Company I report on. In this case, I own 2000 shares.
It just happens that I was the one would "discovered" and recommended ZSUN on SI(not only is this a lie since Frank got in the game kinda late, but he also made another grammatical error, doesn't look like he'll be representing the Caymans in the next worldwide grammar rodeo) and have done considerable research on the Company. I have their investor package and I am willing to stake my reputation on and warrant that ZSUN is not a scam.
They are in the process of having a full audit and will start reporting as soon as it is completed. At that point, they will also apply to be listed on NASDAQ.(one year on and still waiting for this to be proved wrong)
I like the Company very much because it is run by very bright business people and has mind boggling potential. I would not be surprised to see $200.00 within 2 years.(Apparently hell freezing over will come as no surprise to Francois "unsurpriseable" Goelo) They have reported expected earnings of 11 cents for 1998, but it could be as high as 15 cents and the rate of growth is phenomenal because they are in the market with the most potential in the world.
While I have nothing against people who short stock; I even like some of them, like Bear Down and, I will fight tooth and nail against misrepresentations, innuendos and lies propagated against a Company in order to manipulate the stock and defraud investors by frightening them into selling their stock. (Perhaps this is Frank's real problem, he's internally fighting tooth and nail with himself, since no one has told more lies, done more misrepresenting and spread more innuendo that in the end frightened investors into selling, than Frank.)

realmoney, I hereby confirm that I am not compensated by this Company...
or any other I report on, for that matter.
As a shareholder, I can sue anyone who in my opinion is breaking the Securities Laws, if I feel that my investment has suffered damage, as a result of the manipulation of the stock through lies, misrepresentations and innuendoes directed against the company and its stock.
As you know, the SEC is now very receptive to attempts at defrauding investors through the means listed above and are constantly monitoring the Boards and follow certain people in particular.
When I write something about a company, my rule of thumb is: "could I prove that what I am saying is true in a Court of Law?". And that applies whether you say something good or bad about any company.

(simply a classic, that last paragraph)
